Meshcanics uses 3D Modelling software to build your development from plans and sections. We also use your existing 3D models and optimise them for the visualisation process.
We can work on both large and small scale developments, either building a series of structures in a housing / commercial development or just a single new build house.
We make custom materials and lighting setups for all our scenes to match the style and layout of your project.
Our deliverables come in a variety of formats. The most popular are our 4k images for marketing, brochures and websites. We can also provide animated fly throughs, web-based interactive models, spherical images and cubes for Virtual Reality Apps. We even produce digital 3D scale models for making physical architectural maquettes.
Internal Visualisation

Use our development renders to play with scale, texture, different layouts and colour schemes as we support you through the design and pitching process.

Verified Views
Meshcanics does verified views for commercial and residential developments in both Landscape and Townscape Assessments that are GLVIA compliant. We can use models and plans from any software to set up the verified scenes and we can work with Tilt Shift and Photo-montage photography.
